RCF Ltd is a leading profit making public sector undertaking engaged in the field of manufacturing and marketing various fertilizers and industrial chemicals. RCFL needs Management Trainees (Marketing) : § Management Trainees (Marketing) : 24 posts, Age as on 01/12/2011 : 27 years,  Stipend and Pay Scale : Selected candidates will be undergoing training for one year and will be offered a lumpsum stipend of Rs.23000/- per month. After successful completion of training they will be absorbed in the scale of pay of Rs.16400-40500/-. Application Fee : General & OBC candidates are required to pay a application processing fee of Rs. 500/-- by a Demand Draft in favour of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited.
